Installation of the dewatering process
Within the commissioned work, we have developed a complete Building Permission Design ( Basic design) and detail designs for the intended investment of the reconstruction of the concentrate dewatering process installation. The works included the land development design and designs of the structural, technological, mechanical, ectroenergetic and control and automation disciplines. As part of this work, we have completed, among others:
– selection and design of new peristaltic pumps and water pumps;
– design of a pipeline system for the transmission of concentrate;
– design of mechanical lifting of the rake in Dorr agitator,
– design of reconstruction of the rake bridges and construction of service platforms;
– design of foundations for equipment and design of pipe bridges for the designed and existing pipelines;
– designs for the upgrade of the control system and the power supply system of the rake bridges and pumps;
The construction of new agitators together with a lifting mechanism enabled the Investor to adjust the height of the rakes and thus significantly reduced the number of emergency situations.
Working pressure in the concentrate pipelines: 6 bar
Water pump capacity: 310 m3/h
Concentrate transfer pump capacity: up to 35 m3/h
